After placing an online order, as usual, I arrive within 15 minutes (again, as usual) only to find out they haven't even started my order, they're out of bread, and they've left 2 young teenagers that haven't even worked there for 2 weeks to run the place on a Friday night. Since my order couldn't be completed, I asked for a refund only to find out they don't know how to do that AND the manager won't answer the phone! Needless to say, I am definitely NOT a happy customer tonight and will be speaking with the manager next week!December 16, 2016
